Vintage Planet are the best source of difficult-to-find synth parts anywhere on the planet.
I’ve personally bought parts from VP in the past (Keys for Korg, etc..)
They’re located in Holland, and the owner, “Senso”, is very helpful and knowledgeable.

However, Vintage Planet have recently started selling via eBay as well. They’ve just listed a huge range of new NOS (new, old-stock) parts on eBay. These include a massive range of CURTIS chips, which I am sure you will realise are VERY rare.
